In my opinion, Tom Sinclair is the most qualified inspector in
Baldwin and Mobile Counties. As an appraiser for twenty-five years, I
have seen many instances where a truly competent inspector can reveal to
a potential or existing homeowner many items that can cause huge
problems if not identified. It is most important that the inspector you
choose has the abilities and experience to do the job correctly. I

To Look For
When the
walk-thru was scheduled for my new home, I knew I was going to need some
