Buyers' Home Inspection
includes the traditional inspection plus
stucco inspections, mold inspections and water intrusion inspections.
Due Diligence Inspections
for commercial properties:
apartment inspections, office building inspections, hotel inspections, restaurant
inspections, retail & shopping
center inspections, and warehouse inspections. Heck, I've even inspected
an airplane hanger and an old mattress factory converted into condos.

Qualifications?
I've been inspecting homes and
commercial building since 1996. Somewhere near and 5,000 inspections in that time, most in Fairhope, Daphne, Gulf Shores,
Orange Beach and Baldwin County, Alabama. Licensed and certified by the State of Alabama as
required by law (AL-111), certified Stucco Inspector (EIFS-927), E&O insurance as required by law,
continuing education as required by my conscience to serve you best. Full

Fees?
My inspection fees may be the highest in this area. I haven't checked
in a while. I don't rush, I'm not in hurry to do three or four inspections
in a day. My limit is two, done well.
